1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For all materials purchased through our website or via telephone, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without penalty.

Note: If you requested that we begin onsite landscaping works before the 14-day period expires, you may be charged for the value of the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

2. Returns of Materials

To qualify for a refund on paving stones, gravel, or other landscaping supplies, please ensure:

• Condition: Goods must be in their original, resalable condition.
• Packaging: Pallets and protective wrapping should remain intact where possible to ensure safe transport.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom-cut stone, specially ordered non-stock items, or materials that have already been installed/laid cannot be returned.

Once a return is verified or a service resolution is reached, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 14 days.

Logistics: As paving materials are heavy and require specialized transport, the customer is responsible for return haulage costs unless the product is confirmed as defective upon delivery.
