1. Scope of Services

Paverighthome.ie provides professional paving installation, garden landscaping, and material supply throughout Ireland. All quotations provided are valid for 30 days and are subject to a site survey unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments and Deposits

• Deposits: A deposit (typically 20-30%) is required to secure a start date and order specific materials.
• Interim Payments: For large-scale landscaping projects, interim payments may be requested at agreed milestones.
• Final Payment: The balance is due immediately upon practical completion of the works.

3. Materials and Variations

Natural stone products (granite, sandstone, limestone) vary in color, texture, and veining. These variations are a natural characteristic of the product and do not constitute a defect.

Variations: Any changes to the agreed design or materials requested by the client after work has commenced will be treated as a variation and may affect the final price and timeline.

4. Underground Services and Utilities

While we take every precaution, Paverighthome.ie is not liable for damage to underground pipes, cables, or utilities that were not clearly marked or disclosed by the client prior to excavation.

5. Warranties and Maintenance

We provide a guarantee on our workmanship for a period of 5 years. This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or weathering.
• Subsidence or movement caused by factors beyond our control.
• Damage caused by the use of de-icing salts or harsh chemicals.
• Growth of weeds or moss (which is a maintenance issue).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
